The Stay Music Compact Model stand definitely lives up to its name. Made of aluminium, this lightweight, three-legged stand weighs just 2 kg, boasts a 20 kg load capacity and has a maximum height of 70 cm. Multifunctional and surprisingly portable, the Compact Model stand is compatible with most 61-note keyboards and even comes including a transport bag with enough room for all of its individual parts. The whole thing is finished in a sleek, blue lacquer and topped off with a Stay Music logo.

Deze gebruik in aleen in studio, erg simpel om te assembleren... stabil en past goed in klein ruimte.
Voor mijn keyboard van 80cm is perfect. Ook draagtas is zeker plus punt.. aanrader

Ik zocht een standaard die weinig ruimte inneemt en niet te zwaar is. Bingo! De Stay Compact weegt bijna niks, transporteert in een pakketje niet veel groter dan een ontbijtkoek en wordt voor de kleine prijs ook nog geleverd met een net foudraaltje waar alle onderdelen krasvrij in opgeborgen worden.
Met een 15kg keyboard van 1m20 erop is hij wel wiebelig, maar dat kan ook haast niet anders. Meer stabiliteit zou ten koste gaan van het gewicht.
Assembleren en de-assembleren is een fluitje van een cent.
Ik durf niet te zeggen hoe robuust de standaard op lange termijn is. Het is allemaal zo licht dat het al wonderbaarlijk is dat het überhaupt een 88-keys board kan dragen. Het voelt niet solide maar dat zit zeker voor een deel tussen de oren (solide moet zwaar zijn).
Voor het zware werk is dit niet de juiste standaard maar voor de kleine gig, sessie of travel kit is de Stay geweldig en voor de prijs hoef je het niet te laten.
