This generation of iPod Touch devices may look very similar to the last, but has received a serious internal makeover. For instance, this generation of the iPod Touch has a powerful A8 processor that is up to 10 times faster than its predecessor. Thanks to the new Metal technology, the CPU and GPU work together to show off highly detailed visual effects on your screen. The iSight camera, too, has received a nice upgrade: it's now an 8MP camera and has a few exciting new features. Additionally, the FaceTime HD camera has also been improved. This particular model of the Apple iPod Touch has 16 GB of memory and a pink finish.

As we mentioned before, the iPod Touch's new and improved cameras have a few exciting new features. For instance, the 8MP iSight camera allows you to record 720p video at 120 frames per second, allowing you to play it back in slow motion. You can even select the portion you want to slow down while you're recording. Also new are the burst mode, time-lapse video mode and high-resolution panorama mode. Furthermore, the FaceTime HD camera has also been improved: face detection is smarter than ever and it boasts improved HDR lighting, so that dark and light colours are displayed much more accurately. Both cameras allow for on-the-fly exposure control, so you can make the image lighter or darker.

The iPod Touch gives you access to your music collection wherever you are. With the iTunes Store, downloading your favourite tracks to your iPod has never been easier. It's even possible to share your music library with up to 6 members of your family! The iPod Touch comes with the iOS 8 operating system, that helps you make the most of your device. Wednesday 29 July 2015Recently, Apple announced the latest generation of their iPod Touch, and we already have them available for you to buy! The iPod 8 is the eighth generation iPod that Apple has released since the first model back in 2001. Of course, throughout the years, Apple has kept on innovating. Last year, iOS got a major overhaul that was well received by a majority of the public. Some people did find that their iPods became a bit slower after the update to iOS 8, but Apple has already taken care of that. What's more, these new iPods have already been prepped for the impending release of iOS 9! The new iPod Touch is available in five colours: blue, pink, silver, gold and Space Grey with either 16 GB, 32 GB or 64 GB of storage space.
