General
In-ear monitor systems are used on stages the world over. Quite often these systems are made by Shure, as this company has built up a good reputation. They have used all their accumulated experience for the development of the PSM 300, an in-ear system that transmits digital signals. This ensures better quality than with comparable analogue systems and because the bandwidth used is narrower, more systems can be used simultaneously. Ideal for large stages where multiple systems need to be used!
Shure P3TR112GR K3E: superior wireless sound
Analogue, wireless systems often suffer from unwanted noise, caused by various circumstances, such as interference with other wireless signals. It might also be the case that a magnetic field disturbs the reception and even the weather can play a role. All these things are no bother to a digital system. Any noise that does occur is countered by D/A conversion. This results in a reliable connection with a clear and detailed sound. Converting a digital signal is achieved in the rugged P3R receiver.
Overview
The frequencies used are very important with wireless systems. This system can be used on frequencies 606 - 630 MHz. The P3TR112GR H8E system consists of a P3R receiver, P3T transmitter and SE112 earphones. Rackmounts, an antenna, power adapter and antenna cable are also included. You can use the system in a mono, stereo or even dual-mono capacity, whereby one transmitter transmits to two receivers. Scanning frequencies is easily done via the press of a button.
