General

The Apple iMac MF883 is the entry-level model of the popular all-in one computer - but don't let that fool you because its powerful dual-core i5 processor and eight GB of internal memory make it quite the speed demon. As such, this is a great choice for an all-in-one computer that does well with photo, video and audio projects. It's equipped with a high-quality LCD screen with a 21.5-inch diameter, IPS technology and LED backlighting too, so you can enjoy a crystal-clear image with fantastic colours from every angle.

The versatile iMac MF883

One of the first things you'll notice about the Apple MF883N/A iMac is that it's incredibly thin - 5 mm thin, to be exact. You'll find a number of advanced I/O ports on the back so you can connect all your external hardware, too. There are two Thunderbolt ports and three USB3 ports so you have more than enough options for connecting your hard drives, controllers, external screens and your sound card.

Optimal performance

The 21.5-inch iMac is equipped with a 1.4-GHz dual-core i5 processor based on the latest Haswell architecture. The 64-bit OS X operating system ensures that the processors are optimally powered, so you can work on your photos, video and audio projects without issues. Should you experience a shortage of processing power though, the Turbo Boost 2.0 function will provide extra power. The end result is that your programs will work smoother and faster than ever before.
