An outstanding tool when it comes to radio and television production - both outdoors and indoors - the Sennheiser HMD 26 headset features a double-sided headphone design, so you can hear your colleagues at the other end of the intercom line just as clearly as you can hear everything that's going on around you. Just in case, this headset also boasts an intelligent ActiveGard limiter, which effectively responds to any unexpected volume peaks, pushing them down to protect your hearing while the arm-mounted dynamic microphone has been finished with a hypercardioid capsule which naturally focusses on speech and filters out environmental noise. The Sennheiser HMD 26 headset can be coupled with an array of compatible cables, setting it up for virtually any system.

A new addition to both models is the ActiveGard limiter that protects your ears from loud noise peaks. The HMD 300 XQ-2 is another new model that comes with a cable included. Sennheiser's professional over-ear monitoring headphones have been given a facelift too with the HD 300 PRO and HD 300 PROtect taking over from the HD 380 PRO. As its name suggests, the PROtect version also features the ActiveGard limiter.
