For musicals and theatrical productions where freedom of movement is essential, DPA's 4066B d:fine headset microphone in black is a great option. It's modest in size and huge in performance, offering a full-range audio spectrum, omnidirectional pickup pattern and a spacious SPL, giving you plenty of freedom in your vocal range as well. The connection is Microdot, and there are optional adapters available for your beltpack.
