De behuizing ben ik zelf minder over te spreken. Het is niet slecht, maar zoals iemand anders ook al beschreef is de plek waar de beugel verbonden is aan de oorschelpen nogal krakerig en de eerste maanden hoorde ik best veel gekraak door mijn muziek heen komen als ik de koptelefoon op de fiets of lopend gebruikte. Het werd wat beter na veel gebruik, maar het blijft een beetje goedkoop aanvoelen. Rond de kabel en de jackplug voelt het allemaal wel solide.
Ook vind ik hem zelf niet comfortabel. Het word wel wat beter, maar de rand is vrij stevig en mijn oren zijn aan de grote kant. Ik heb nog enkele koptelefoons liggen van een paar tientjes (vooral Philips en Roland) die allemaal aanzienlijk comfortabeler zijn hoewel ze niet groter zijn. Persoonlijk zou ik daar sneller één van pakken voor een filmpje kijken.
Maar als hij bij u wel lekker zit dan zou ik hem zeker kopen, want voor het geld is het geluid zeer goed.
Het materiaal is plastic. Met name de band tussen de oorschelpen kraakt als je hem beweegt. Verder is het niet storend in het gebruik.
De oorkussens zelf zijn met fijn leer afgewerkt, zodat je deze AKG lang op kan houden, zonder pijnlijke oren te krijgen.
Conclusie, voor deze prijs heb je een uitermate prima headphone met overweldigend goed geluid. Minpunt is het krakende plastic boven de oorschelpen. Des al niet te min voelt deze headphome stevig aan, en ik zal dit model zeker aanraden aan anderen.
