General

Shure´s SM series is well known for no-nonsense microphones, such as this great SM87A. This microphone contains the well-known Shure quality and a studio-quality sound that is shaped by the condenser diaphragm that is built into a solid, metal housing. The three-point shockmount system and three-stage pop filter also ensure that the condenser properties can be used on stage, to provide a studio sound, live! The super-cardioid pickup pattern ensures feedback reduction and the subtle frequency range brings forth the clearest tones! For a great reproduction of your voice, you need only one mic: this SM87A!

Shure's ULX series distinguishes itself in a few ways. Different settings can be locked, for instance, but there is more! Before your sound can be wirelessly transferred, the signal first needs to be compressed. Compressing the signal can lead to damage, however, as it also needs to be decompressed at the receiving end. Luckily, the ULX series has a more efficient way of compressing and decompressing the signal and therefore there is less signal loss. This results in a higher sound quality! With the SLX series, you can use 12 systems simultaneously, but with the ULX series there is no limit! This makes the ULXP4 a great player that is used enthusiastically by sound technicians for live applications as well as for fixed installations!
