General
Tuning your guitar or bass guitar can be a tricky task, but with the Boss TU-10 it's sorted in no time. Simply attach this clip-on tuner to the headstock of your guitar and pluck a string, and the precise Accu-Pitch function will show you instantly whether you need to tune it up or down. Does your instrument have a lower tuning than the usual 440 Hz? No problem, the TU-10 can been calibrated down by up to five semitones. It's suitable for both electric and acoustic guitars and basses.
TU-10 brown: unique multi-colour LCD with enhanced visibility
This brown Boss tuner has a stylish, sturdy housing. Unlike other clip-on tuners, the TU-10 is equipped with an impressive multi-colour LCD, which can also be set to monochrome mode if you want to save the battery. Thanks to the reflection-display function, optimal legibility is ensured in even the brightest light.
Needle mode and Stream mode
There are two ways of tuning with the TU-10. Set to Needle mode, it functions just like an analogue tuner - if the needle moves towards the left, you need to tighten the string, and vice versa. The Stream mode imitates a strobe tuner, and shows the difference between the reference frequency and the note you've played by means of stripes that light up.
