General
Pickups with an alnico II core are loved for their warm tone, deep basses and sweet trebles, so with the Seymour Duncan APH-1 Alnico II Pro humbucker, you're getting all of that plus legendary, vintage-output with a low string-pull, making it ideal for a range of genres, including classic rock, blues and jazz, while the lush sustain fully supports slide techniques. The APH-1n has been specifically voiced for the neck position, and is the same neck pickup that completes the Alnico II Pro pickup set of Slash's favourite single-cut LP - just so you know you're in good hands. This Seymour Duncan humbucker also features four-conductor wiring, meaning that it supports coil-split switching so you can vary the output from thick dual-coil sound to sparkling single-coil sound at the flick of a switch.
