Each single-coil comes voiced by Alnico 2 magnets that shape a familiar warmth alongside transparency, a wealth of rich overtones, and a nice dip in the mid-range. Since the poles have been staggered, every string is given clear presence, explaining just why legends like Eric Clapton have built careers on this tried-and-true Strat sound. There is just a tiny bit of soldering to do and then you can mount this thoughtfully loaded and pro-configured pickguard to your beloved ST guitar, treating it to the iconic tone it's always deserved.
