The Blackstar HT-5RH MKIII is one masterful 5 Watt amplifier head, fronting the pinnacle of Blackstar craft and innovation and representing decades of amp-building experience. Basically, this might be the ultimate in versatile tone. Four voicings are supplied, so the output can be varied from crystal-cleans to forceful distortions, all supported by the patented Infinite Shape Feature and giving the MKIII top its broad-spectrum sonic prowess.

The Blackstar HT-5RH MKIII: Dynamic & Pure

Thanks to a built-in 10% power reduction function, this Blackstar head is able to shape pure valve-driven sound at different volume levels, setting it up to take on medium-sized stages as well as studio sessions. Advanced IR-based CabRig DSP technology grants direct access to stunning speaker, cabinet and microphone emulations, giving you all the tools needed to shape bespoke sound, while the USB-C port, stereo line output and XLR CabRig output keep the connection options wide open.

Mesa Boogie now introduces, alongside the Mark Five Twenty-Five, the Mark Five Thirty-Five! Mesa has continued their glorious tradition by using four EL-84 power tubes in the amplifier, contrary to the earlier Mark Five Twenty-Five, that had to manage with 'only' two. This amp, preceded by the Nomad, Mini Rectifier Twenty-Five and the Caliber, has been released onto Mesa's mini platform in a combo as well as a head version.
