General

The Yamaha EG112 is the perfect electric guitar for beginners. It's recommended by many music schools and guitar teachers because of its solid construction and outstanding finish that Yamaha is known for.

This black electric guitar has a familiar shape with two cutaways, so you can easily reach the highest frets. It's also equipped with two single-coil pickups and a humbucker with a 5-way pickup switch, so you can change between the three pickups or choose a combination of them for a wide scale of sounds and effects.

The body is made of solid linden wood, in contrast with most inexpensive electric guitars that are made of multiplex. The solid wood gives the guitar an overall good sound and ensures that your notes keep ringing on after you play them, or, sustain. The cherry red maple neck is equipped with an attractive dark rosewood fingerboard and is bolted into the body.

To top it all off, a gig bag is supplied with this instrument so you can easily and safely bring it with you to jams and gigs!
