A hyper-accurate and high-class recreation of one of the most-loved American-made fuzz pedals of all time, the Eye See '78 Fuzz OG stombox from Wren and Cuff brings the rare op-amp Muff back from 1978. The original pedal was only in production for a mere two years and only a very limited number have survived, making the Eye See a pretty welcome sight - especially since this non-transistor fuzz is essentially the same pedal as the high-end Wren and Cuff Eye See Pi.

The Wren and Cuff Eye See '78 OG: Where Boys Fear to Tread

This fuzz pedal literally spits that legendary, nineties-vintage alt-rock and metal sound that came out of Chicago way back when and can be dialled in to relive the early days of shoegaze, classic rock, grunge and plenty more. The tried-and-tested set of control pots have been left untouched while the true-bypass switching keeps things clean and reliable. Toggle the passive tone stack off via the V4 tone bypass switch and you're greeted by a volume boost plus a more open and raw guitar sound - a sound big enough to drill through a rock face and, to give the mid-range frequencies your own custom feel, an internal mid-tweak trim pot has also been fitted.
