General

If the British-built germanium fuzz pedals of the mid-sixties already slap a grin on your face, then the VS Audio Pandora will break your brain. This fuzz box broadens the fuzz-based horizon to bring even more fuzz-flavoured joy. The dual-gain stage setup supplies an extra two control pots on top of your standard-issue Fuzz control pot, so the treble and bass can be dialled up by an extra 20 decibels to give the output some shape. Even when the volume of your guitar is pulled back, the natural and sparkling, clean sound of your sidekick is pushed into the foreground and, if you want even more out of this fully analogue pedal, then simply hit the silent-operating 'More' footswitch to trigger a powerful yet transparent full-band boost. Finished with a built-in buffer, the Pandora is an outstanding addition to any effect chain.
