General

With the Fuzz God II, Red Witch follows up on their own Germanium Fuzz God. While the latter used transistors, this new deity has had a bit of work done, so to say, and now functions on silicone. That means it's ready to unleash even more power! Naturally, the pedal has a volume knob and a fuzz knob that determines the effect level. Hit the Awaken foot switch to activate this true bypass pedal - if you dare...

Fuzz God II: turn up the fuzz

The Awaken switch alone is enough to produce an impressive singing fuzz sound, but if you're not that easily satisfied, the pedal's Lightning toggle switch allows you to double the amount of gain. The Ear toggle switch engages a treble boost, which means your output becomes more defined. On the right of the pedal, you'll find a Sputter knob, which does exactly what it's meant to: it sputters. Turn it all the way up to 10 for a singing tone, or dial it down for more sputter and a raw sound. Experiment a little and you'll find the perfect sweet spot between eleven and five o'clock.

Unleash His wrath

The Fuzz God II's most radical control by far - the right foot switch - is marked by two lightning bolts for good reason. Activate it only if you're willing to smite the unbelievers. You can use the Wrath knob for some merciful fluctuation; dial it all the way down for a suboctaver, or turn it up for eternal sustain. Pushed to the limit, this control delivers a sound that almost resembles a synthesizer. Who would dare defy the God of Fuzz?
