General

The Peavey DW-1 is an acoustic guitar with a built-in piezo pickup, which means you can use it acoustically or amplified. Simply use a guitar cable to connect this steel-string instrument to a mixer, amplifier or external sound card. When playing acoustically, you'll notice how the spacious dreadnought-model body allows for plenty of volume with great basses. It comes with a gig bag.

DW-1: clear sounds and exceptional looks

The steel strings of a western guitar produce a sparkling sound that's great for rock, pop and blues. In the case of the DW-1, these tones are complemented by the clear resonance of the spruce top. The natural-coloured top is adorned by a stylish sound hole rosette and an elegant bridge. Additionally, the headstock, neck, sides and back of this acoustic guitar were made of mahogany, for a nice contrast with the lighter coloured body.
