General

The Ovation CS24P-FKOA is one of the Plus models from the affordable Celebrity Standard line. Like all Ovation guitars, the models from this line also feature the special Roundback design that the manufacturer is renowned for. A roundback body ensures a pervading, clear tone and reduces feedback, making the guitars ideal for use on stage. As a Plus model, the CS24P-FKOA flaunts a tasteful top too - in this case, one made of figured koa.

CS24P-FKOA: amplification and comfort

The CS24P-FKOA is equipped with an OP-4BT preamplifier. Connect the guitar to your mixer or audio interface with a guitar cable and the preamp transmits a powerful signal. The timbre of the guitar can be carefully adjusted using the bass, mid and treble controls. The OP-4BT preamplifier also features a tuner with display, which helps you tune your guitar to perfection. The popular Mid-Depth Roundback body size and the smooth neck of the Ovation Celebrity Standard Plus guitar ensure a pleasurable playing experience.

Ovation guitars stand out thanks to their impressive sustain, volume and projection. They are the result of Ovation's devotion to perfecting the acoustic construction of a guitar. The Roundback design and the lightweight, rugged composite Lyrachord play an important role. In Ovation's famous electro-acoustic models, for instance - which already featured a pickup/preamp system back in the 1970s - the roundback construction reduces feedback to a minimum.
