General

To celebrate the release of Rancid's '... Honor Is All We Know' album, Fender and Tim Armstrong have collaborated on a stylish signature electro-acoustic Hellcat guitar with a gorgeous matte Honor Green finish. Just like the original natural model, this guitar is based on the legendary punk frontman's vintage Fender steel-string acoustic guitar. Distinct inlays in the rosewood fretboard and Tim Armstrong's signature on the headstock underline the overall stylish looks of this Fender Hellcat.

The Fender Tim Armstrong Hellcat Honor Green: construction

This concert model steel-string guitar is largely made of mahogany. Both its solid top and its sides and back are made of this wood type, ensuring a full, creamy core sound. A set-in maple neck adds some pleasant definition. If you love a warm, resonant guitar sound, this electro-acoustic Tim Armstrong Hellcat gives you just what you need for a price that is virtually unprecedented. Rancid fans and Fender aficionados, take note: this durable steel-string workhorse would make a great addition to your collection.

Fishman Isys III preamp

The Fender Tim Armstrong Hellcat is equipped with a Fishman Isys III pickup system that consists of a high-grade piezo pickup and a preamplifier with active tone controls. A three-band equalizer enables you to adjust the guitar's sound to your liking, and tuning becomes easy thanks a built-in tuner with a clear display. Whether you prefer playing amplified or acoustic, you'll love the sound of this Tim Armstrong signature guitar.
