General
This Fender CD-60CE electric-acoustic guitar belongs to the Classic Design series. It has a dreadnought-style body with a cutaway that makes it easier to play the higher notes. The most notable feature of this guitar is the built-in pickup in the bridge that makes it possible to amplify the CD-60CE as well as use it acoustically. This pickup is really convenient for studio and live applications and is something you usually find on more expensive guitars. Now, also starting guitar players with a limited budget can play such a guitar.
Fender CD-60CE: built-in hardware by Fishman
The electric part of the CD-60CE consists of an Isys III system by the top brand Fishman. This system is comprised of a high-quality piezo pickup and a preamp with active tone control. You can find the knobs at the side of the guitar. You can adjust the timbre to your liking with a 3-band EQ consisting of Bass, Mid and Treble. The guitar also has a large volume control button and an integrated auto-chromatic tuner with LED display that allows you to tune your guitar even on the darkest stages.
Other features of the guitar
The Fender CD-60CE has a nice sunburst lacquer with a black pickguard and black bindings alongside the body and neck. The soundhole is nicely decorated with a pearloid rosette. The mahogany neck with 20 rosewood frets and elegant 3mm position dots have a comfortable width and thickness. The string nut and saddle are made of hard and durable synthetic GraphTech® NuBone™ in contrast to the softer material that is used on other guitars from the same price range. All these materials make the CD-60CE a guitar of a very high quality.

De klank is mooi helder, de actie van de snaren is voor mij ideaal en
de intonatie is zelfs bij de hoogste frets bijna perfect.
Ook een 9V-batterij zat er bij.
Je zal hard moeten zoeken om in deze prijsklasse een betere
gitaar te vinden.
Als laatste opmerking maar zeker geen nadeel: de gitaar is in het echt
veel minder rood dan op de afbeeldingen hierboven.
Het is meer een gewone sunburst met een beetje rood tussen de zwarte
band en de naturelkleur.
En met dank aan Bax voor de snelle, correcte levering.
Kwalitatief gewoon super, en mooi . De ingebouwde tuner werkt ook prima.
Zeker een aanrader.
Alleen het stemmen vondt ik lastig na een keer temperatuur wisseling verder erg te vreden en leuk prijsje voor zoon mooie gitaar
Blijft lang gestemd. Klinkt goed. Voelt degelijk aan. Hij ziet er geweldig uit en is goed afgewerkt.

Eerste indruk: wauw. Mooie kleur van de klankkast, mooie strakke lijnen en ook van de kop is duidelijk de kwaliteit af te lezen.
Natuurlijk gaat het niet om de looks maar de sound. Puur, helder, perfect volume (zonder versterking) voor in de woonkamer of buiten. Versterkt is het geluid even goed al dan niet nog beter. Bass komt goed tot zijn recht maar ook zijn de drie hoogste snaren duidelijk en scherp te horen.
Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding krijgt van mij een 9 en door de super duidelijke en snelle service krijgt dit product zeker 5 sterren.
