General

In addition to acoustically, you can also excellently use this guitar for amplified playing. The Crafter DE7 features an L.R. Baggs piezo pickup and a preamp with a built-in tuner. It has a solid cedar top, which - compared to a spruce top - produces a warmer sound with rounded trebles. The sides, back and neck are made of mahogany and fitted with beautiful white bindings. The cutaway makes it easy to reach the highest frets.

DE7/N: solid top acoustic guitar

As the strings and the bridge of the DE7/N are in direct contact with the top, this piece of wood is most important for an acoustic guitar. A laminated wooden top consist of three layers of wood with glue in between, making it strong, but also rigid, losing the wood's ability to resonate freely. A solid top is more flexible and thus allows for better resonance, giving the guitar more volume. Its sound is fuller and your notes have more sustain.

LR-T NX preamp + L.R. Baggs pickup

The electric bit of this acoustic guitar consists of an L.R. Baggs piezo pickup and a preamp, which allow you to connect the DE7 to an amplifier or a mixer with a cable. The LR-T NX preamplifier has a three-band EQ, volume control and a 0 - 300 Hz Notch filter. The phase knob is perfect to prevent feedback on stage, or if you also use a microphone. Moreover, there's a built-in tuner and an easy-to-open battery compartment.

Zeer mooie gitaar.
