It also works with low-cost powder. The powder is fired out of the unit and as light hits it, the illusion of a fountain of flying sparks is created. The reality is that the sparks are cold, inflammable and smoke free. Since the Spark Master is not listed as a pyrotechnic and is not a firework, it can be used by anyone, licence free.
