This is the 100% hand-wired edition of the Mad Professor Snow White Autowah directly based on the much sought after rack unit of 1991 vintage. The Finnish boffins at Mad Professor have dramatically shrunk the unit down to slot neatly into a pedalboard friendly sized housing, added an envelope control to the functionality and primed the circuits to react just like an authentic wah. And, since this is the heralded hand-wired version, you're getting the very best of what Mad Professor has to offer.

Operation

Set the filter frequency range using the 'Bias' pot - and whether you're sticking your bass or guitar through this pedal, the frequency range will be wide enough to accommodate it. The Sensitivity pot gives you direct control over the velocity response, and using the Resonance pot, you can set the Q-factor; otherwise known as the sharpness of your signal, which is basically the equivalent of your (left or right) foot with any standard wah pedal. Finally, the Decay pot dials in the speed at which the frequencies return to their starting point.

The Snow White Autowah is capable of insanely fast and accurate tracking, making any of the latency issues experienced with old autowah pedals a thing of the archaic past. Also, this pedal has been made available in both a Factory and Hand-Wired edition. While both are built using the same materials and deliver identical sound quality, the hand-wired edition noses far ahead. Every internal contact point has been soldered by a real human hand and checked by real human eyes, resulting in a rock solid, highly durable stompbox that's been fully prepped to provide years if not decades of service.
