General

This Tascam US-32 is an excellent tool for personal broadcasting applications. It's an audio interface that records your speech in 24/96-bit audio resolution and is supported by both Windows and Mac computers. You can connect the Ministudio Personal to an iOS device such as an iPhone or iPad with the separately-available camera connection kit. When you need to charge the US-32, simply plug it into your computer using the included USB 2.0 cable. This interface is also supported by DAWs such as Sonar, Pro Tools, Cubase, Studio One and GarageBand.

Connectors

If you want to use your favourite dynamic or condenser microphone, the US-32 offers a combined XLR/jack input and even + 48V phantom power. You can also connect a set of headphones using the 4-pole jack and use the integrated mic to record and monitor at the same time. This device also offers all kinds of DSP effects like reverb, equalizing and compression to make your vocals sound even better. Ready to broadcast? Press the 'On Air' button and you're good to go!
