General

Røde's very first USB audio interface, the AI-1, is a single-channel device with a combined Neutrik XLR/jack input on the front. Its compact size makes it ideal for home-studio recording applications. The preamp can handle both microphone and line level signals and on the rear, there are two jack outputs for connecting to your studio monitors, for instance. The connection to your computer goes via the USB-C connector. For those who only have a USB-A port, a USB-A cable is also included. Last but not least, you'll even receive Ableton Live Lite so you can get started right away!

Op een maandag om 22.55 uur besteld en op dinsdag om 17.00 uur had ik de Rode AI-1 in huis. Alle touwtjes aangesloten, PC aan en gaan. In combi met mijn set Yamaha HS5W set een perfect, warm en punchy geluid. Goed genoeg om mijn videoproducties qua audio te optimaliseren. Een aanrader.

Mooi compacte en stevige behuizing. Zeer eenvoudig aan te sluiten. Wordt door de Mac meteen herkend. Werkt vlekkeloos en heeft een supermooie klank. Koptelefoonversterker klinkt ook geweldig en heeft plenty vermogen!
