General
The Radial SW-8 USB interface and audio switcher is designed to serve as a back-up system when any backing track issues arise during a live performance. This switcher doesn't think twice and takes immediate action. Two USB inputs do away with the need for additional audio interfaces while ensuring seamless switching between computer systems. The switching can be done manually or automatically and system synchronisation takes place via MTC (MIDI Time Code). The SW-8 USB is able to detect a drop-out the moment it happens and immediately switches to the back-up system. All professional equipment is supported by the outputs for line-level audio sources and isolated microphone signals and, it's possible to hook up two different computers to the two USB ports doubling as two separate 24-bit/192 kHz converters. If you'd rather not leave anything to fate, get a Radial SW-8.
