Algemeen:
De kracht van Presonus wordt nu naar een andere lijn gevoerd, namelijk de VSL reeks. Deze benut de kracht van uw computer of laptop, waardoor de kosten aanzienlijk lager kunnen worden. Een merk als Presonus wordt zodoende interessanter voor de beginner.

High-end geluid in een draagbare en robuuste interface
De 44VSL is het voorbeeld van flexibiliteit, gecombineerd met geluidskwaliteit. Zoals we gewend zijn is de audiokwaliteit dik in orde dankzij de 24-bits, 96 kHz audioverwerking. Voldoende in- en uitgangen maken het mogelijk om randapparatuur flexibel en eenvoudig aan te sluiten.

Hiernaast richt Presonus zich met de VSL serie op de mobiele producer. Zo is de behuizing erg robuuste gemaakt, zodat hij met een laptop, microfoon en MIDI-keyboard eenvoudig mee te nemen is op pad. Omdat de softwarematige verwerking op uw laptop plaatsvindt, zijn er zo goed als geen kwetsbare onderdelen in de 44VSL voorzien.

Ins & outs van de interface
Aan de voorkant ziet u gelijk al vier ingangen, als gecombineerde jack/XLR. Twee hiervan zijn voor microfoons of instrumenten, de andere twee voor microfoons of lijn-apparaten. Hierdoor bent u flexibel in uw opstelling en kunt u diverse opnames met meerdere sporen creëren.

De microfooningangen hebben allen de beschikking over phantom power, waardoor werken met condensatormicrofoons een peulenschil wordt. Software wordt meegeleverd, waardoor u na het uitpakken gelijk aan de slag kunt. Met Studio One en Virtual StudioLive gebruikt u de kracht en kennis van Presonus om uw eigen meesterwerk te maken.
