This is the Yamaha DTX522K digital drum set with the PCY90AT add-on cymbal. In addition to an extra cymbal, this set consists of not two, but three cymbals for for more variation in your playing. Furthermore, you can count on the excellent playing comfort of the Textured Cellular Silicone snare pad, along with its remarkable quietness.
PCY90AT cymbal
The Yamaha PCY90AT is an additional cymbal pad with a 10-inch diameter. This digital cymbal is developed for extended dynamic possibilities and has a soft feel that's great for legato playing. The PCY90AT add-on cymbal can be used with all DTX kits and is connected via a standard 6.3 mm jack. A solid addition to your digital drum set, for drum parts with more possibilities.
DTX522K digital drum set
The Yamaha DTX522K is the first of the DTX502 series of electronic drum sets by Yamaha. This particular set is intended for multifaceted drummers looking for an affordable instrument. Front and centre is the DTX502 drum module (responsible for the sounds) together with the revamped, extra comfortable and realistic playing pads, including a snare, a kick, 3 toms, a hi-hat and 2 cymbals. Thanks to the improved RS502 rack, the drum kit is easy to set up and take down.

Is klein en beschikt niet over meerdere zones. Daarom naar mijn mening minder geschikt als zijnde ride of crash. Fijn dat voor deze prijs de cymbal wordt geleverd incl houder en kabel. Top!
Het is zeer eenvoudig te monteren, wel een beetje spijtig dat de hardware-stang in het zilver is en niet in het zwart zoals de rest van de hardware van mijn drumkit. Verder is de pad hetzelfde als de andere pads.
Gewoon inpluggen in de extra pad-ingang op de bassdrumpad en je hebt er zo een 2de crash bij!
