General
The Medeli DD522 is a comfortable-to-play electronic drum kit with dual zone drum pads and a multi-position detection hi-hat trigger pedal. Via the clear LCD display, the whole thing can be easily adjusted while you play and it won't take you long to find out how many directions you can go in with this kit. Not only are you getting 25 drum kits and 5 user kits, but there are 380 different sounds to summon to help you redefine your style. These sounds can be tweaked using a 3-band EQ and enlarged with a little of the built-in reverb. Meanwhile, you can use the drumming lesson section, 82 accompaniment songs and the metronome to take your skills to a higher level. If you're a more advanced drummer or musician, you can even take advantage of the USB port to gain direct control over the virtual instruments in your DAW.
