To give each Thinline Series example a unique look based on its natural wood grain pattern, the FX Cutaway body is made entirely of quilted maple and has been finished with an abalone rosette and purfling to add an elegant touch. Practically a work of art, the piece of Japanese craftsmanship even comes adorned with Grassflower inlays on its dark ebony fretboard.

The outstanding sound and resonance of the TSP100 fully come to fruition in both the studio and on stage, and since the guitar is equipped with Takamine's legendary Palathetic pickup system, each string is backed up by its own piezo pickup to ensure natural and optimally balanced sound. In addition, the CT-3N preamp comes with a built-in tuner, a 3-band EQ plus notch and volume controls - providing players everything they need to tweak the lush foundation sound to taste. To top it off, the Takamine TSP100 comes complete with a lightweight SH100T case.
