General

The ESD10CE is the first Dreadnought model in Mayson's Elementary series. It produces a more robust sound than Mayson Marquis models and offers the unmistakable Mayson sound with lots of sustain and clear string separation. It's ideal for both strummers and cross-pickers.

ESD10CE: worry-free amplification

This Dreadnought has an arched solid spruce top to enable a fast response, even though this type of guitar naturally produces a thicker sound. It also features mahogany sides and back and a rosewood fretboard and bridge. All the cutaway models in the Mayson Elementary Series are equipped with a Mayson MPC-4 Purecoustics™ active piëzo pickup system for a pure, neutral sound. It doesn't have any adjustment controls but offers total simplicity so you have the freedom to focus solely on your performance. Lastly, this guitar features wooden bindings, a bone string nut and bridge saddle, satin-gloss finish and all the ingredients for a good tone and a distinguished look.
