General

The AW5412CE is a 12-string electro-acoustic guitar from Ibanez' Artwood series that adds modern elements to traditional designs. This model has a mahogany body with a solid mahogany top and an open pore finish. It has a scale length of 25.6 inches and the X bracing gives the instrument extra stability. The neck is made of mahogany and has a relatively flat 15.75-inch fretboard radius for optimal playing comfort.

AW5412CE: pickup and preamp

This 12-string electro-acoustic guitar produces a sweet, warm sound that can be delivered to an amplifier via the Fishman Sonicore pickup and Ibanez AEQ-SP2 preamplifier. The preamp features a handy built-in tuner and you can tweak your tone to perfection using bass, treble and volume controls.

Bonne qualité sonore , l' accordeur est bien venu (pratique sur une 12 C ) Par contre le manche me semble trop souple , malgré une rectification des sillets de tête et de chevalet , l' action reste haute comme si le manche réagissait à la traction , pourtant avec des cordes à tirant léger .
