General

Loaded with a Fishman Sonicor Pickup, an AEQ-SP1 preamp, tone controls, a tuner, and the kind of tone that should cost an arm as well as a leg, Ibanez offer an electro-acoustic guitar to get you off the sofa and onto the stage. The AEWC11 has been built using an excellent blend of exotic woods. The body has been shaped from sapele, while the soundboard has been made using spruce, and the neck is shaped from AEWC nyatoh before being topped with a walnut fretboard, matching the walnut bridge. This builds an acoustic steel-string with a warm, balanced sound accented by a sparkling high-end. The fitted Fishman-designed pickup and preamp amplify this natural sound with accuracy, and the deep, graceful cutaway in the body finishes a guitar that provides maximum comfort and compulsive playability.
