Hand-polished with a lush colour-fade and sealed in a matte satin-gloss lacquer, the Fazley W55 ColourTune Series electro-acoustic guitar puts a stylish and comfortable, budget-friendly instrument in the hands of the complete beginner. The body of the W55-EQ is shaped by deep, round curves and finished with a cutaway for snug playing comfort and smooth access to the highest of the 20 frets, so notes and chords can be grabbed with ease all the way up the fretboard.
The ColourTune W55-EQ: Fitted Preamp
The real perk of the Fazley W55-EQ is that it sounds just as good amplified as it does unplugged. Connect this electro-acoustic to an amp or speaker using a standard jack lead, and the already naturally balanced, mid-range-rich sound of the basswood body is given enough volume for gigs, and you can just as easily hook it up to an audio interface to lay down ideas and make recordings. This solid song-writing and performance tool even provides a built-in chromatic tuner.

Hij speelt vlot en zuiver, vooral met de Clapton-signature snaren die ik gebruik. De snaren die er bij mij op zaten bij de levering speelden wel wat dof en daarom dat dit product geen 5 sterren krijgt van mij, maar snaren heb je dan ook snel vervangen en dan speelt ie top.
De ingebouwde EQ werkt erg lekker! De draaiknopjes die erop zitten voelen niet superstevig aan, maar werken wel erg goed. De gitaar geeft een mooi geluid als hij versterkt is. Ook het ingebouwde stemapparaat werkt erg makkelijk en accuraat.
Al met al echt een aanrader!
Dit versterkt als de gitaar lager gestemd wordt bv. drop D.
Dit terzijde is het zeker een goede gitaar die leuk klinkt en een zekere aanrader is voor zowel beginner als wat meer ervaren speler.
De gitaar is ook lekker licht, dus handig om mee op stap te gaan.
Ik heb deze B-stock gekocht met een paar deukjes op de achterkant. Dit was duidelijk aangegeven op de foto's, wat er alleen niet was aangegeven was, was dat de b-snaar aan de brugkant niet goed was gesneden en dus te dichtbij de e snaar zat. Verder klinkt de gitaar akoestisch geweldig, maar als je een beetje kracht achter de snaren zet klinkt het pickupsysteem enorm stereotyp piëzo.
