Crafter SAC-TMVS E/A Classical Guitar (sunburst)

General

The SAC-TMVS is an electric-acoustic nylon-string guitar from Crafter's Slim Arch Series. It's essentially a classical guitar in the shape of an electric guitar. The SAC has a thin solid-body with sound boxes topped with an arched, flamed maple top. It's fitted with a Piëzo pickup by L.R. Baggs which excellently translates this guitar's acoustic sound to electric, making the Crafter SAC ideal for recording sessions and live sets. You won't be dependent on an amp since this instrument works unplugged as well as amped up.

SAC-TMVS: The Playing Comfort of an Electric Guitar

The SAC's body is as thin as that of an electric guitar. This way, the guitar is closer to your body while you play and you needn't extend your arm all the way over the sound box. This makes seated and standing playing much more comfortable. Moreover, the body features a deep cutaway which ensures you can easily reach the highest frets. Finally, there are two well-positioned strap buttons fitted on the body for your guitar strap.

L.R. Baggs Active Piëzo System with Preamp

The electronics installed in the SAC include a high quality active Piëzo pickup by L.R. Baggs and a separate preamp. The pickup delivers a robust, fresh and open sound accompanied by outstanding dynamics. In order to change up the sound to your own taste, the preamp has been outfitted with a 3-band EQ and scoop control for mid-range filtering. Additionally, there's a phase button, mute button and of course, volume control. The battery compartment has been conveniently placed so that you can quickly and simply replace the batteries without the need for any tools.
