General

Boasting an elegant, modern design, the Ibanez AEG7MH electro-acoustic guitar offers a more than satisfying degree of playability, balanced-yet-powerful sound, and the option to plug into an acoustic amp. The body and neck of this affordable flattop have been carefully carved for comfort, while the relatively short scale length combines with a 15.75-inch fretboard radius for a light feel and just the right string tension. Thanks to the mix of sapele and nyatoh, the AEG7MH shapes a warm-and-woody acoustic sound, which is accurately amplified by an undersaddle piezo pickup and AEQ-2T preamp as soon as you plug in, and can then be sculpted as needed with the volume, bass and treble controls. Meanwhile, the integrated tuner gives you no excuse to play out of tune.
