If you'd like full-on acoustic sound from a more manageable guitar, the Ibanez AC340CE electro-acoustic guitar is an excellent choice. While your left hand is treated to the sublime playing comfort of an AC-profile nyatoh neck, a relatively flat 15.75" fretboard radius and the lower string tension of a slightly shorter 24.96" scale length, your right arm is offered the snug support of grand concert body. Meanwhile, the cutaway makes it much easier to reach the highest frets, while the solid okoume top and okoume back and sides give life to a warm, resonant foundation sound full of tight lows and clear highs. Finished with an AEQ-SP2 preamp and a Fishman pickup, the AC340CE even comes fully prepped for the stage.

Geweldig leuk gitaartje om lekker mee buiten de lijntjes te kleuren. Kortere mensuur, lossere snaarspanning en niet al te ruime string spacing. Daar was ik naar op zoek. Ibanezje maakt het allemaal waar. Heerlijk wat een expressie je uit dit akoestische dingetje kunt toveren met mooie vibrato's op je noten en akkoorden. Je kunt overal gemakkelijk bij en nodigt je uit om op een andere manier te gaan spelen met andere grepen, vingerzettingen en inversies die je normaal niet zou gebruiken op een Western Gitaar. Bijzonder inspirerend. Hier zitten leuke verhaaltjes in en een hele berg speelplezier. Hij ziet er alleen spuuglelijk uit, maar een kniezer die daar op let.
