General

The sound of a nylon-string guitar is something unique that simply can't be recreated any other way. Just when you thought the classical guitar as we know it couldn't get any better, Yamaha offer the NTX500. This is a classical nylon-string guitar but with an innovative body shape, which is more compact and rounder than standard models, making the NTX a lot more comfortable to play. It sound has also been enhanced thanks to modern-day technology.

NTX500: musical spruce

The sound of this guitar is excellent, thanks to a solid spruce top, which provides a bright, sound that can cut through the mix. The rosewood bridge and fretboard add a touch of warmth to the overall sound. To ensure you can use the Yamaha NTX500 literally anywhere, the guitar has a piezo pickup and preamp as well as a built-in chromatic tuner.
