General

With its Rusty Rat finish, the Revstar RSP20CR was designed as a nod to the no-nonsense rat bikes and Yamaha's own history as a manufacturer of motorcycles. To get just the right look, Yamaha gave it a finish that was brushed with steel wool, and fitted it with satin nickel-plated hardware. The result is a high-quality guitar with an almost Steampunk-esque look, largely thanks to its copper pickguard. It's been lovingly crafted in Japan, and it comes with a luxury guitar case.

Yamaha RSP20CR Rusty Rat: Versatility

Just like the motorcycles the Yamaha Revster series is based on, the RSP20CR will also turn heads with its impressive sound. This top-of-the-line model is made of high-grade parts. At its base lies the mahogany body with a maple top for a balanced core sound. Furthermore, the Graph Tech TUSQ string nut helps create optimal resonance and the TonePros AVT-II bridge ensure great tuning stability. Finally, combined with a Dry Switch (push-pull), the Alnico humbuckers offer a wide range of available sounds.

Revstar: Something for Everyone

The Revstar electric guitars have been designed in such a way that every minute detail has only been to enhance character. From the rounded lines of the newly-developed body shape and deeply considered, matt finish, to the polymorphous nature of its sound, everything about these electric guitars only serves to reveal Yamaha's decades of experience and accomplished craftsmanship.
