General

Squier's Contemporary Active Stratocaster HH is an electric guitar aimed at those interested in modern rock and metal music. As its name suggests, this Strat is equipped with two active humbucker pickups that deliver a high output without any unwanted noise giving you everything from crystal-clear cleans to tight distortion.

Contemporary Active Stratocaster: eye-catching design

This Squier features an eye-catching reversed headstock that's the same colour as the poplar solid body while the 3-ply pickguard adds a nice contrast. The black-coloured chrome hardware is another outstanding feature that all add up to give this Strat a cool, modern look.

Playing comfort

Unlike traditional Stratocasters, this model has a relatively flat 12-inch fretboard radius. This makes it easier to press down the strings without any notes being cut off prematurely. The C profile on the maple neck and 22 jumbo frets are two other features that make this model comfortable to play.
