General

A faithfully-built Tele offering brilliant value for money, this new-and-improved Squier Affinity Series model gets beginner guitarist off to a great start. First of all, it's worth mentioning that this solid-body electric guitar has been made under the supervision of Fender and that it puts two fresh ceramic single-coil pickups at your disposal for shaping tight tone. The broad tonal range on offer can of course be explored using the 3-way switch and volume and tone controls, while the six-saddle string-through-body adds a little extra sustain. In addition, players are treated to the playing comfort provided by a smooth C-profile maple neck combined with a snug belly-cut and, for satisfyingly modern looks, the face of the headstock sports the same spotless high-gloss lacquer finish as the body as well as the redesigned Squier logo.

Ik heb deze gitaar nu een maand in gebruik en heb hem zelfs een keer gebruikt met mijn band en ook vond men hem geweldig klinken. Wel hem ik de snaren vervangen voor 0,01 snaren wat ik wat prettiger vind spelen. dus voor dit geld zeker geen miskoop.

Ik was op zoek naar een niet te dure gitaar om te oefenen en mijn dure Fender American standard wat te sparen voor spelen met de band en optredens. Deze Squier Affinity Series is echt een topper.
Natuurlijk merk je wat verschil, geen custom shop elementen, maar speelt toch best erg lekker. Ziet er echt netjes afgewerkt uit, beslist een aanrader een fijne gitaar voor de lage prijs.
