General

Fans of the classic offset upstart are treated to a Squier Vintage Edition of the 40th Anniversary Jazzmaster. Throwing things back by forty years, this model comes finished in period-correct flair, and doesn't just offer a more-than comfortable introduction for beginner guitarists, but a more budget-friendly alternative for more advanced noodlers. This edition of the iconic Jazzmaster takes all its cues from the Fender-built legends that came before it, and for good measure, the body comes dipped in a smooth satin-gloss finish, fitted with a vintage-tinted neck, and fully decked out with special aged chrome-plated hardware.

The 40th Anniversary Jazzmaster Vintage Edition: Sate That Sonic Hunger

The face of this very special Vintage Edition Jazzmaster has been finished with a tasteful anodised aluminium pickguard and a pair of Fender Designed Alnico Single-Coil pickups with Soapbar-style covers that come backed up by the complete, classic set of controls. So you get all the pots, rotary wheels, and slide switches needed to access the full and authentic sonic spectrum this guitar has to offer. Polished off with a 40th Anniversary engraved neck plate, a Locking Floating Vibrato assembly and a sax saddle Vintage-Style bridge, this instrument has been fully set up to serve everything from shimmering surf rock to all-out grunge.
