If you can't part with that TE-style body-shaping but want something a little more solid in terms of sound alongside a few more-contemporary features, then look no further than the eminent Sire Larry Carlton T7. Finished with a striking flamed maple top, this unique twist on a classic comes with an alder body fitted with a super-stable, bolt-on roasted maple neck and fretboard with extra-rounded edges, while the extra-deep cutaway gives your fret-hand a little more room to move. Two LC Super-M pickups combine with the control section to deliver a flexible range of thick, humbucker-driven tone, and as if that wasn't quite enough, Sire have mounted a modern two-point tremolo bridge complete with six stainless steel block-saddles, and a set of six locking tuners to firm up the tuning and speed up string changes.

Wrote the following about Sire Larry Carlton T7 Flame Maple Natural Electric Guitar

Nadat ik een Strat model in de backorder had staan, ben ik op tweede kerstdag toch naar Goes gereden om wat telecasters uit te proberen.

De voorkeur ging uit naar Sire, qua kwaliteit en prijs verhouding was ik benieuwd hoe de gitaar speelt.

YouTube filmpjes zagen er veelbelovend uit.

Wat een heerlijke gitaar!
De gitaren van Sire zijn van uiterst hoge kwaliteit, deze telecaster is niet zwaar en is fijn in balans.
De hals met mooie afgewerkte ronde frets, gelakt en een satijnen achterkant speelt lekker weg.

Door de lockingtuners en een Tremelo brug blijven de tonen vast.Snaren netjes door de body heen.

De dubbele elementen klinken zowel dun als vol en op laag volume behoudt deze Sire telecaster zijn mooie klanken.

Wat in de reviews naar voren kwam is dat met je volume terugdraaien de treble iets van de helderheid verliest, ik vind dat wel meevallen en zal een ieder zelf moeten beoordelen.

Door de afgewerkte lak finish is de gitaar in combinatie met het chroomwerk in het echt veel mooier om te zien,

De body heeft een mooie schuine afgewerkte kant waar je arm fijn tegen aan ligt.

Ik heb een eerst droog gespeeld (niet ingeplugd) en de klank resoneert al erg mooi door het hout heen.
Eenmaal ingeplugd erg onder de indruk van de klank.

Ik heb daarom een Fender telecaster geprobeerd ter vervanging ter vergelijking....

De Sire telecaster is haast superieur aan een Fender door de klank en afwerking in combinatie met de hardware wat je er voor krijgt.

Dus wil je een Telecaster met een hoogwaardige afwerking en een 'budget vriendelijke ' prijs, kom dan langs een Baxshop om het te testen en je zult het verschil duidelijk horen en voelen ten opzichte van goedkopere of duurdere modellen.

Daarom 5 sterren prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Absoluut geen spijt gehad om 3 uur naar Goes te rijden!

Plus punt Filiaal Goes; personeel uiterst behulpzaam in advies en expertise, bedankt!

Volledig overtuigd door de klank en speelgemak. Was voor een andere gitaar gekomen om het uit te proberen. Tijdens het wachten even deze gitaar geprobeerd en na de vergelijking met de andere, helemaal voor deze Sire Larry Carlton T7 FM gegaan. Geweldige klank en ook de afgeronde toets, kleur en afwerking is geweldig!
