General

Schecter and Keith Merrow (Alluvial, Conquering Dystopia) joined forces to create the impressive Schecter Keith Merrow KM-7 MK-III Artist signature electric guitar. This 7-string model has an extra long scale length of 26.5 inches. The body made is made swamp ash with an eye-catching poplar burl top.

KM-7 MK-III Artist

It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into the construction of this top-quality instrument. The neck, for instance, is made of 9 pieces of wenge, maple and purpleheart and reinforced with a carbon fibre truss rod. It has an ultra-thin C profile and the ebony fretboard has a compound radius that measures 12 inches at the headstock and 16 inches where it meets the body. Other features include 24 stainless steel extra jumbo frets and glow-in-the-dark position markers on the side of the neck.

Fishman Fluence

Keith Merrow is an experienced musician who knows exactly what he wants from his instruments. That's why he also worked with Fishman to equip this electric guitar with his own Fishman Fluence Keith Merrow Custom humbucker active pickups. They give you three different voicings (PAF, Keith Merrow Custom or Single-Coil) via the 3-way mini switch which makes this 7-string Schecter extremely versatile.
