General

The lightweight korina body of the Michael Kelly Burl 50 Ultra is topped with a jaw-dropping slice of birdseye burl maple, giving every example of this model an entirely unique finish. The lustrous grain of the wood is complimented by black hardware to complete an electric guitar that should probably cost twice the price. The body has been shaped from korina wood, which has a similar tonal effect as mahogany while thankfully weighing much less, but the most striking aspect of the 50 Ultra is the Quad Mod. This offers the option to place the bridge and neck pickup in series, so this T-style guitar doesn't just offer classic single-coil twang, but can also growl with thick humbucker-style edge.

Michael Kelly Burl 50 Ultra Black Burl Burst Electric Guitar with Quad Mod
Wrote the following about Michael Kelly Burl 50 Ultra Black Burl Burst Electric Guitar with Quad Mod
