The Jackson RRX24-MG7 is a sinister 7-string demon designed for modern metal-heads. With a build backed up by over 40 years of guitar-making experience, this instrument meets the demands of seriously hard-core players and has a comfortably lightweight poplar body and a neck-through construction with a graphite-reinforced maple neck. This uber-stable neck is great at resisting shifts in temperature and humidity and comes finished with a laurel fretboard that's home to 24 jumbo frets and a sharp-looking set of pearloid sharkin inlays. Since the RRX24-MG7 is entirely built to turn the wishes of the most passionate guitarists into commands, the fretboard has been given a compound radius that runs from 12 inches to 16 inches to ease the playing of chords at the first few frets while facilitating break-neck-speed solos and effortless note-bends higher up the neck.

For those awe-inspiring dive-bombs as well maximum tuning stability and perfect intonation, this X-Series model also features a genuine Floyd Rose Special double-locking system, and it's the satin-gloss finish on the grey-bevel body, the reverse headstock and the all-black hardware that make for the slick finishing touches here.
