The Jackson DK Modern Ash from the premium Pro Series is a future-proof electric guitar with an ash body donning a special finish to make the grain of the wood shine through beautifully. This not only means that each example has a unique look, but ash is also a much-loved type of tonewood due to its light weight and rich resonance. Even when you turn up the gain, the sound remains nice and bright, allowing the DK Modern to lend itself to contemporary rock and metal. The compound fretboard radius thankfully ensures high playing comfort, and this particular model comes armed with two versatile Fishman Fluence Open Core humbuckers and an unshakable, fixed Hipshot bridge.
