The Ibanez RG927WZCZ Exotic Premium is a seven-string electric guitar with natural finish and perfectly combines great playability with raw tonal power. During the past years, Ibanez has turned out to be the absolute master of creating seven, eight and nine-string models, so with this Exotic Premium you're guaranteed the highest quality! Delivery includes a luxury case.
Body of the 7-string Exotic Premium
The body of this seven-string guitar is made of American basswood while the top is made of unique Ziricote wood. This type of wood doesn't only look better than other wood types, it also makes this a very lightweight instrument . This might be a bit misleading however, because this seven-string model is indeed capable of producing roaring lows, in addition to those crispy highs. Who's the culprit? The IBZ-7 humbucker pickups at the neck and the bridge are! With these, you can totally surprise your band members!
Neck
The neck is made of five pieces of wenge/bubinga and provides exceptional playability, articulation and sustain. This Wizard 7 neck profile has a rosewood fretboard, featuring 24 jumbo frets and a mother-of-pearl offset dot inlay. Thanks to this slim yet strong neck, you're guaranteed efficient movements and as a result more advanced playing techniques like arpeggios and multi-finger tapping will go smoother.

Two New Metal Machines from Ibanez

Ibanez has added two guitars to its Iron Label RG series: the RG and the RG-7. These are real metal machines but with a spalted maple top and headstock. Apart from that, they have the standard Iron Label RG features, with two EMG humbuckers, 24 jumbo frets and a neck made of maple and bubinga.
