General

The Ibanez RG8 is a true powerhouse among heavy metal guitars. As this guitar has 8 strings and 24 frets, you won't have to change the tuning of your strings every other song. The bottom two bass strings give you all the low you need for the most powerful metal riffs and power chords. The KTS Titanium neck pin makes sure that your 5-part Wizard II-8 neck is strong enough to handle all of that power.

The accurate RG8
The RG8 is equipped with two IBZ-8 humbuckers with a deep and warm timbre. The pickups have been designed specifically for the 8-string RG guitar and will always sound clear, even with extra downtuning. The flat, fixed bridge will stay out of your way when you play virtuoso solo parts and fast riffs and keeps your strings firmly in place. The combination of the jumbo frets with the flat fretboard radius gives you that real 'edge' that you need to play your solo parts quickly and accurately.

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding van deze gitaar is top! Ben er dus heel blij mee. Ik denk als je er EMG pickups op zet dat het niet onder doet voor de duurdere versies. De bezuiniging zit hem vooral in de pickups. Verder speelt en voelt deze gitaar fantastisch. Licht bespeelbaar en goede afwerking.
