The uncompromising quality of the Prestige Series AZ24047 guitar ensures astounding tonal flexibility of an HSS pickup configuration and a near-addictive level of playability. The fierce team of two Seymour Duncan Hyperion 7 single-coils and a Hyperion 7 humbucker seamlessly combined with the dyna-MIX9 switching system with Alter Switch to grant access to ten different foundation sounds, while solid reinforcement is provided by the Japanese-made Gotoh T1872S tremolo bridge and tuners.

The Prestige AZ24047: Flawlessly Finished

The AZ24047 has been fitted with a roasted maple neck that's undergone the S-Tech Wood process to enhance the durability and stability of the wood, before its been coated in oil for a deliciously agile, super-fast feel. Navigate the 24 stainless steel jumbo frets set into the roasted maple fretboard with the full guidance of Luminlay side-dots and the superbly smooth feel of the Prestige treated fret-edges. For an Ibanez axe, the fretboard radius sits at an unusually less-than-flat 12-inches to support a comfortably tight grip on chords as well as licks.
